Brar Elettromeccanica has successfully designed and manufactured a set of 3 power conducting arms for AC electric furnace in Aluminium. The contract included the engineering and supply of the Aluminum power conducting arms for an electric arc furnace having electrode diameter 610mm and current intensity of 75KA.
A special kind of Aluminium has been used in order to avoid the typical problems of this material.
