Welding cables

Brar's welding cables are designed to deliver top performance in resistance welding applications. Made with electrolytic copper strands brazed to copper terminals, they provide high reliability and long operational life, even under the most challenging conditions.

Bipolar cables

Optimal Efficiency and Cooling

Brar's bipolar cables are characterized by an innovative alternating-phase configuration that maximizes the power factor (cos φ), thereby enhancing electrical performance.

The strands can be tin-plated for additional protection against oxidation, ensuring durability even in challenging environments.

General features

Bipolar cables are patented and designed with 6 alternating-phase strands, reducing impedance and improving electrical performance. These cables are ideal for use with manual clamps or in standard applications. The insulating rubber coating allows for free coolant water flow, even with small bending radii, enhancing cooling and flexibility.

Technical Specifications

  • Electrolytic copper ETP UNI 5649 strands
  • Elementary wire with Ø 0.25 mm diameter
  • Alternating phases for reduced impedance and improved electrical performance

Advantages of Bipolar Cables

  • Increased flexibility
  • Optimal cooling
  • Reduced impedance
  • Lower power loss
  • Enhanced durability

Custom Options

  • Polyurethane tubing
  • Biflex tubing or silicone-free options
  • Tin-plated strands for oxidation resistance

Unipolar Cables

Compact and Reliable Solutions

Brar's unipolar cables are single-phase, water-cooled cables ideal for standard applications and use with manual clamps.

These cables are made with a single copper conductor and an external rubber coating, ensuring excellent performance and long operational life.

General Features

Designed to optimize performance in industrial applications requiring continuous cooling, Brar's unipolar cables offer excellent electrical conductivity and prevent oxidation through the use of tin-plated strands. The Biflex tube ensures greater flexibility and durability.

Technical Specifications

  • Electrolytic copper ETP UNI 5649 strands
  • Tin-plated elementary wire Ø 0.20 mm to prevent oxidation
  • Biflex tube for increased resistance and flexibility

Advantages of Brar Unipolar Cables

  • Greater flexibility
  • Optimal cooling
  • Reduced impedance
  • Lower power loss
  • Extended operational lifespan

Custom Options

  • Custom terminals
  • Polyurethane tubing
  • Customized sizes available
